Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with TRUCK DAD CO. We currently ship orders to the United States and Canada. All shipping rates are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Order Processing

Many of our products, including apparel and hats, are made to order. Please allow additional time for production and order processing before your order is shipped.

Please note: The shipping times listed below are in-transit estimates only. Transit time begins after your order has been processed, produced, and handed over to the shipping carrier.

United States Shipping

  • Economy Shipping — $5.99
    Estimated transit time: 5–8 business days
  • Standard Shipping — $9.99
    Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days

Canada Shipping

  • Standard Shipping — $12.99 USD
    Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days

Economy Shipping is currently not available for orders shipped to Canada.

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for the carrier to update tracking information after your shipping confirmation has been sent.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

TRUCK DAD CO. is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, or if your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at kevonlewis2k0@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you in investigating the shipment with the shipping carrier.

A package marked as delivered by the carrier is generally considered delivered. If you cannot locate a package marked as delivered, please first check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.

Canada Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by Canadian authorities or the shipping carrier.

Unless these charges are collected at checkout, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.
